WA statistikā (GPT infromācija) ir viens rezultāts, kur komandā ir startējuši dalībnieki ar vienu uzvārdu (bet nav teiksts, ka vienas ģimenes locekļi) - 4 x 100m relay result where all team members shared the same last name. In 2014, the Japanese team of four athletes with the surname "Ito" set an unofficial world record for a 4 x 100m relay team composed of members with the same last name. The team, consisting of Shota Ito, Kotaro Ito, Hiroki Ito, and Tomohiro Ito, achieved a time of 44.78 seconds.
